From AI tools that provide early diagnosis and treatment of tooth decay and potentially life-threatening conditions such as mouth cancer, to virtual and augmented reality tools that help dentists train and educate their patients, and cloud-based software that makes it easier for dental professionals to manage their practices and patients. What you’ll do Lead and develop a growing team of SDRs: Focusing on both personal and professional growth, ensuring each team member has an Individual Development Plan. Design and refine high-quality outreach sequences: Use our CRM system to design, launch, and manage tailored communication sequences ensuring the team have the tools and content to succeed. Coaching SDRs on prospecting techniques. Drive the evolution of team KPIs: ensuring alignment with market-leading standards, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and a curious mindset within the team. Collaboration: Strong relationships with marketing and the wider sales teams to align on strategy and enhance lead-generation effectiveness. Achieve and Exceed Targets: Remain focused on achieving ambitious goals, embracing a target-driven approach to increase meeting rates and qualified opportunity. Strong Attention to Detail: Cultivate team to record all customer interactions and ensure the CRM system remains a reliable source of information and insights for cross-team use. Recruitment: Recruit and onboard new team members, cultivating a supportive and high-performance environment.
