SEO Specialist Birmingham- 5 days in office Up to £35,000 doe Pitch is delighted to be working with this leading FMCG distributor based in central Birmingham as they look to recruit a brand-new SEO Specialist into the digital team. Supplying into the major grocers, convenience and independent retailers, they also sell direct to consumer via eCommerce along with having a dedicated eCommerce site and progressive web app for trade customers. Working as part of the digital and eCommerce team, you will play a key role in improving online visibility and driving targeted traffic to the websites. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and optimising both organic search strategies and a small amount of paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords. Key elements of the role include: Develop and execute SEO strategies across four sites. Carry out keyword research for both SEO and PPC. Perform technical SEO audits to resolve issues and improve organic performance. Collaborate with the content team to gain highly optimised content. Monitor and report on performance. Experience needed: Proven hands-on experience of SEO with an understanding of both on-page and off-page techniques. Some hands-on experience of Google AdWords. Experience of using SEO tools such Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs. Decent experience in analysing data and reporting.
