25 hours per week, primarily within working hours but with some flexibility on when these are completed Location:
Fully remote, potential need to come to site (headquarters at Heathgate Place, London) for onboarding and training purposes Applicants will be progressed to interview on a rolling basis. Job Summary
To provide the team with administrative support, the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Provide purchase order support to the Search team by way of receipting through our finance system, Xledger. Upload HLA reports for donors that have been tested for patients. Prepare and share regular donor update reports with the Transplant Centres. Close patient files as and when requested by UK Transplant Centres. Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the Search team and Search & Selection Manager. Essential Attributes
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proven attention to detail. A keen sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to ask questions when unsure of a process. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
