As one of our care and support workers, you will be a key member of our team of 12 staff, providing the highest standards of personalised care to enable residents to enjoy their hobbies and interests and realise their aspirations. Whether it’s the big moments some of us take for granted or the small triumphs that others wouldn’t expect, together, we focus on what’s possible for everyone and recognise that the connections we make today are the memories of tomorrow. In this role, you will work alternate weekends with an early shift on Saturday (7 am – 2 pm) and a late shift on Sunday (2 pm – 9 or 9.30 pm). There may also be the option to pick up some overtime hours during the week to cover absences. Application Information
