About the job As Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the Seasonal Plant Area of the Garden Centre, which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. Responsibilities include ensuring that all stock is clearly displayed with pricing, managing replenishment, and merchandising. You will also be in charge of developing your team to ensure they offer the best customer service. Ideal candidate For this role, you need to be friendly with an engaging personality, possessing a genuine love for retail and customer service.
