As an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical secretarial team to provide outstanding service to the Diabetes department's clinicians and patients. Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will undertake letter processing, scanning, and general admin duties. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and have a "can do" attitude. You will have a good level of IT literacy as you will be using multiple software packages. Potential applicants should ensure they evidence the skills listed above in their application. GCSE Level A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths IT

Microsoft Office knowledge Experience of using various IT packages Experience

Evidence of previous admin experience in a busy environment Record keeping and filing systems Prioritisation of workload Use of patient record systems Disclosure and Barring Service Check
