The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative and secretarial support arising from study day bookings, attendance records, managing local training databases and spreadsheets and taking telephone enquiries relating to course bookings. This post requires the applicant to have excellent communication skills, verbal and written along with IT skills and knowledge. They should be conversant with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word and other Office 365 tools. The successful candidate will be based at Royal Gwent Hospital; however, they may be required to travel to other Health Board sites.
