Specifically, they are looking to take on a Section Engineer on a large civil engineering project in Bridgwater, Somerset. Works will include sheet piling and heavy RC structures, earthworks and bunding.
Key Responsibilities
Not comprehensive but duties will include: Manage the preparation of as-built drawings and manage systems to enable progress of work. Provide engineering support to make sure technical issues are resolved and will be responsible for setting out works Responsible for managing the recording and testing of workmanship and materials You’ll regularly check the setting out points and ensure all setting out works are delivered to site with mandatory certification. What do we need from you?
Ideally, you’ll have sheet piling experience or marine experience and the following: Civil Engineering Qualification SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid Tier One experience preferable This is an immediate start so pick up the phone today!
