Leading the production of safety case design documentation to support the safe operation of the plant.

Ensuring process adherence and appropriate governance is applied to all design led activities.

Performing the role of SCRUM master in managing the team’s day-to-day activities in line with the wider plan.

Who We Are Looking For:

Leadership experience.

Great people skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence.

Programme management experience, managing several complex programmes.

Electro-Mechanical Design experience ideally for NPI.

Experience of Lifecycle Engineering.

Electrical and/or mechanical experience and qualifications.

Knowledge of Sensor Systems and/or high integrity systems.

Experience of product development.

We’re an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment. We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives. And the more perspectives we have, the more successful we’ll be.

To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines, you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets, you must hold UK nationality. Any dual nationals will require additional scrutiny and background checks prior to commencing work with RRSL.
