What You Will Do: Lead the management and development of Team Leaders and colleagues within your designated section. Ensure adherence to all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards within your section. Coordinate and deliver effective planning for customer visits and audits as the Section lead. Implement continuous improvement initiatives across a range of areas, with guidance from the Production Manager. Conduct line side checks for potential efficiency and productivity improvements. Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for designated areas, ensuring the effective capture of data for further analysis.

What You Will Bring: Proven experience as a Section Manager or Team Leader within a production or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability in implementing change and continuous improvement in a production setting. Strong people management skills, capable of leading and motivating a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Solid analytical and time management skills, with experience in coaching, developing, and mentoring teams.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company meets its business objectives, KPIs, and targets. By joining this team, you'll be contributing to supplying some of the UK's largest supermarkets and popular restaurants, all from a primary site that sees its production capacity increase significantly during the autumn and winter months.
