Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for HVAC/Power equipment. Market Penetration : Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach. Coordination : Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the business fully. Account Management : Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships. Market Growth : Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business. Strategic Selling : Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service. CRM Management : Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively. Process Compliance : Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes. You’ll have the following skills and experience: Experience in a technical selling environment HVAC or power equipment knowledge Experience working with Rental products would be beneficial Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust Find out more and apply now!
