We have an exciting opportunity for a Secure & Complex Services Advocate to join our dynamic team at Priory Preston. As a Secure & Complex Services Advocate, you will be based onsite at the Priory Preston secure mental health unit supporting a diverse range of vulnerable adults with profound and multiple needs. You'll champion their voices, provide persuasive verbal and written representations, and work in partnership with clients and professionals. Your mission will be to understand, explore, and act on issues faced by those who need it the most. You will be a key player in creating positive outcomes through effective advocacy. Hours of Work:

Part-time, 15 hours per week, working agreed days between Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm) Location:

Office based; Priory Preston. (Applicants must live within the area.) Salary:

£9,360.00 - £9,442.70 (Full time equivalent £23,088.00 - £23,292.00 per annum, dependent on experience) Contract:

Permanent Secure & Complex Services Advocate Requirements: Outstanding communication skills with a strong passion for supporting vulnerable people. Experience working with vulnerable adults, especially those affected by significant health and social care issues. Ability to handle highly sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Proven track record in advocacy, information, and advice roles, ideally in health, social care, or voluntary settings. Residence within commutable distance of Preston Hospital, with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
