Our AmLaw 150 client is seeking an associate to join the securities group in DC. You will be a 2nd-6th year associate, with experience in broker-dealers and investment advisers. Past SEC experience is a plus.
You will need experience with federal and state securities law, capital formation, compliance, and corporate governance.
