Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Property Securitisation team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities: Identifying titles at the Land Registry Drafting planning application forms, deeds and covering letters Carrying out and reviewing property searches Qualifications: The firm is looking for a candidate with previous conveyancing experience, who has managed their own caseload. In addition, suitable candidates will hold the LLB/GDL equivalent and will have ideally completed the LPC.
