The Opportunity:
The team handles a wide variety of high-profile work, including:
- CLOs – a key focus but just one part of the wider workload.
- Private Credit – a booming area with significant market interest.
- Fund Finance and General Funds Work – innovative and dynamic deals.
- Securitization – including credit cards, auto loans, and non-performing loans.
This role offers the chance to break out of siloed deal environments and gain broad exposure across the team.
Who They’re Looking For:
- Experience: Strong background in structured finance or securitization. Experience in CLOs is a bonus but not essential, as training will be provided. Candidates qualifying in March 2025 will also be considered.
- Background: Excellent academics and experience from a top-tier law firm (Magic Circle, US, or equivalent).
- Personal Attributes: Ambitious, driven, hardworking, and personable. Cultural fit and character are as important as technical skills.
