Due to ongoing success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and forward-thinking security officer to join our team at our site in Ellesmere Port. You should have good communication skills, present yourself well, and have experience within the security industry. This position will commence on the 1st February for anyone in the industry looking to progress. This is a front-of-house job and will require someone with a welcoming manner. Full training will be provided to the right candidate, commencing on the 16th January 2025. Key responsibilities for this role include: Opening the main reception at 7:30am Producing and updating visitor lists as required Sending and responding to emails Greeting staff and visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner Monitoring access in and out of the admin building Updating and printing passes as required Producing and handing out temporary vehicle passes Taking internal, external, and switchboard calls, transferring to the correct party when relevant Management of key safe and spare vehicle key safe, updating the database as required Completing incident reports/lost and found forms Issuing and monitoring building keys, updating lists as required Competent in the use of computers Requirements: Valid SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guarding Licence Proof of eligibility to work in the UK Suitable method of transport Customer Service experience An ambitious personality and willingness to grow with the business Equal Opportunity Employer:
