Our client, a global leader in financial services, is seeking an IAM Analyst with an operational focus to support their Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework. Work Type: Hybrid (2 days a week)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage user access, ensuring accurate and secure provisioning and de-provisioning across systems.
- Support daily IAM operations, troubleshooting access-related issues, and optimizing IAM tools and technologies.
- Conduct user access reviews, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
- Improve and streamline IAM processes for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to uphold security policies, ensure audit readiness, and contribute to IAM documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in IAM or Information Security, ideally within financial services.
- Skills: Familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, and cloud-based IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
