We're looking for a Security Architect who can help shape the future of technology at TSB as we optimise our on-premise infrastructure and extend our bank on cloud-native technologies and embrace modern ways of working.

How you'll make a difference You'll be joining a team of security architects who are on a mission to securely make technology an accelerator for our business. Day-to-day you'll be providing security architecture direction to value streams and feature teams who are adopting cloud technologies. You'll have a view on the future, create the guardrails people need to work between, and help us deliver value to customers.

What you'll bring Working closely with feature teams and other architects to enable cloud-based technologies and ensure it is done securely. Demonstrable history of working as an architect and taking solutions through from their initial vision, authoring high and low-level architectures, supporting development/delivery, and deploying into production operation. A track record of creating architectural roadmaps, patterns, and standards. Experience delivering with AWS and Azure as a security architect; ideally with the certificates to prove it. You can discuss the different cloud provider components that realize the security controls necessary for an organization to successfully and securely implement. Experience delivering with Datacentre infrastructure and networking as a security architect. You can discuss the different components that realize the security controls necessary for an organization to successfully and securely implement. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft security offerings including the Defender suite for identity, endpoint, data, and cloud. Real-world expertise in the core security domains including infrastructure, cloud, identity, data, cryptography, application, SecOps, and engineering. You can outline the types of components that will realize the capabilities and controls necessary for the domains to operate effectively. A set of strengths and qualities that make the team stronger. Experience in the financial services sector. Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, switching between different change activities.
