Arcadis is seeking a new Security Assurance Manager to deliver with professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm. Responsible for the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, conducting security risk assessments, ensuring compliance of security, compliance of regulations and standards, and developing and delivering security training programs. Responsibilities: Manage the development and implementation of security policies and procedures for Arcadis projects, in compliance with relevant security compliance regulations and standards. Develop security procedures, processes and practices supporting the wider security structure of the business, ensuring that the business is always compliant with mandated HMG standards and policies. Develop and implement the process of audit, evidence collation and assurance processes in accordance with the required accreditations. Plan, implement and lead on Security Accreditation Audits, visits and re-accreditations ensuring that Surreptitious Threat & Mitigation Process (STaMP), Industry Personnel Security Assurance (IPSA) & Facility Security Clearance status is gained, maintained and assured across the business. Research and develop good security practice and continuous improvement across the business. Develop and lead the security awareness campaigns across the business. Hold quarterly assurance workshops to identify good practices and opportunities for continuous improvement. Lead on the process of implementing new legislative changes in security across the business. Manage and analyze security incident reports and develop strategies to prevent future incidents from occurring. Conduct audits and inspections of project sites to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents, audits, inspections, and other security-related activities. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on security compliance & assurance issues, risks, and mitigation strategies. Manage the preparation of security-related reports and presentations for clients and other stakeholders. Support the wider work of the Security Lead, Deputy Security Lead, and Personal Security Manager as required. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience and expertise in risk management and risk-based decision making. Proven ability in and a commitment to service development and improvement. High level written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and a ‘self-starter’ approach to work and personal development. Eligibility for and willingness to undergo and maintain SC clearance. DISA Security Controller qualified. Knowledge of the HMG Security Assurance policy. Previous experience in a governance or assurance role. Security qualification at degree level. Nationality requirements: Open to UK nationals only.
