I am recruiting for a Security Business Development Manager for a leading Property & Security firm that sells a range of property management and security solutions, including CCTV towers and alarm installations and always looking to expand into other areas of security. Based north of Birmingham city centre they cover all of England, Scotland, and Wales from their Midlands hub.

The team supports property owners across a number of public and private sectors and new opportunities are regularly unveiled in the region. Growth is their absolute aim in 2025 and they expect with the help of the new Security Business Development Manager, this will be achieved. You will be responsible for exactly how far they can go.


THE ROLE

As a Security Business Development Manager you will require lots of energy and enthusiasm to promote their security services to a range of property owners and managers in organisations including Councils, the NHS, care home groups, housing associations, charities and private owners., site managers and building companies.

A Security Business Development Manager will possess excellent networking skills and a credible sales style with a consultative approach and will be required to understand and solve your prospects’ security needs.


A Security Business Development Manager will be responsible for all stages of the sales process from identifying leads and building a pipeline, to qualifying new sites, proposing the best possible solution of our highly intelligent monitored alarms and CCTV enable us to offer a range of services to suit all of our clients needs .


Full product training is given on all products and services.


A security / CCTV background is advantageous but not essential as your desire to find and close deals will be your biggest asset to success. Proven selling skills must be demonstrated during the recruitment process along with a thorough understanding of the security market through your own research.
