Overview: I'm currently partnered with one of the world's leading tech companies who are seeking a skilled Security Compliance Analyst to join their Information Security team. In this role, you will support the access compliance function, ensuring governance and compliance within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of information security principles, who can apply their expertise to solve challenges at scale. I'm looking to speak with tech-savvy, business-minded professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for learning.

Role & Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with IAM-related security controls for SOX, SOC2, FTC, PCI, ISO27001, and other regulations. Conduct periodic reviews and testing of existing IAM security safeguards. Identify, implement, and maintain automated security controls for compliance frameworks. Provide Tier 1 support for access compliance functions and related programs. Assist with daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies, compliance, and risk management. Support the communication and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices. Help develop and refine standards, policies, and guidelines related to access management. Ensure a smooth transition of project deliverables to operational teams.

Essential Skills & Experience: 2-4 years of experience in access management, data analysis, or information security. Knowledge of user provisioning and access management processes. Familiarity with information security concepts and their large-scale application. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Proven experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or a related field. Strong desire to learn and continuously develop technical skills. Familiarity with scripting languages (SQL, PHP, Python) and web development. Certifications in CISSP, CISA, CISM, GISO, GCIH, CIPP (or similar). Interest in emerging security technologies demonstrated through training or experience. Ability to proactively improve processes and drive change in creative ways.

Package: Day rate - £(Apply online only)pd PAYE 15% bonus 100% remote role 12-month contract
