Security Compliance Manager

to join our growing team. This part-time role involves ensuring client needs are met, maintaining compliance, and overseeing weekend operations, including managing the call center. About the Role: As a Security Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of security service delivery. Working Wednesday to Sunday, you will ensure compliance with legal, operational, and client requirements while providing weekend support through call center management. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering excellence in security services. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain an awareness of current legislative and industry-driven benchmarks. Provide advice to the rostering operations manager of upcoming license and related compliance expiry. Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal, operational, and contractual obligations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. Oversee the weekend call center to ensure smooth operations and immediate issue resolution. Conduct compliance audits for security staff to ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations. Maintain up-to-date records of staff qualifications, licenses, and compliance documentation. Provide guidance and support to on-ground security personnel to address operational challenges. Investigate and resolve any incidents or compliance breaches in a timely manner. Prepare and deliver compliance and operational reports to management regularly. Liaise with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Client Satisfaction:

Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate from clients regarding compliance and responsiveness. Compliance Accuracy:

Maintain 100% compliance with all legal and contractual requirements. Incident Resolution:

Resolve 90% of client concerns and operational issues within 24 hours. Documentation:

Ensure all staff compliance records are updated with zero delays or errors. Call Center Efficiency:

Ensure 100% availability and effectiveness of the weekend call center operations. Feedback Implementation:
