Salary : up to £40,000 - depending on experience!

Location : London - 90% of your time will be spent on client sites across London within the M25.

Are you an experienced service and maintenance engineer in the security system industry? Do you enjoy dealing with maintenance and call-out tasks? If so, our client is looking for someone like you to join their team!

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance and call-out duties, primarily in London within the M25. However, there may be occasions where you will need to attend sites further afield. Therefore, flexibility and willingness to travel are important for this position.

To be successful in this role, you must have a solid background in dealing with issues related to access control, intruder alarm, CCTV, and entry phones across multiple manufacturers. Our client is looking for a highly experienced individual who can confidently handle problems on-site.

The role will also involve participating in the call-out rota, ensuring prompt response and resolution of any urgent issues that arise outside of regular working hours.

Key Responsibilities :

Handling day-to-day maintenance and call-out tasks within London Dealing with issues related to access control, intruder alarm, CCTV, and entry phones across multiple manufacturers Providing on-site problem-solving expertise Interacting professionally with high-end clients Participating in the call-out rota to ensure timely resolution of urgent issues

Requirements :

Proven experience in service and maintenance engineering within the security system industry Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across various systems Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work well under pressure and provide timely solutions Flexibility and availability for call-outs outside of regular working hours
