We are looking for a Security Specialist to manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and BYOD policies. You will safeguard sensitive information, promote security awareness, and ensure compliance with security frameworks.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to safeguard sensitive information.

Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring secure access to corporate resources.

Develop and maintain BYOD policies to ensure seamless integration of personal devices without compromising security.

Lead security awareness programs, designing and delivering training sessions, campaigns, and materials to promote a strong security culture across the organization.

Conduct periodic reviews of policies and practices to ensure compliance with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

Collaborate with IT and security teams to address potential vulnerabilities and enforce best practices.

Monitor and analyze security events related to DLP, MDM, and BYOD environments, responding effectively to incidents.

Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve the security posture of the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing DLP, MDM, or BYOD systems and tools.

Strong understanding of security principles and practices, particularly in endpoint and mobile device security.

Hands-on experience with implementing and managing security awareness programs.

Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).

Knowledge of mobile security, encryption technologies, and secure device management.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.

Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
