Your Role: As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in installing and servicing Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems under our renowned Fire and Security brand, ADT. Your expertise will ensure that our systems meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations. You’ll be working within the Inverness area, with opportunities to support our wider team, making every day varied and rewarding. What You’ll Do: Deliver Outstanding Service: Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

Expert Installation & Maintenance: Safely install and service devices, ensuring everything is in perfect working order while adhering to safety protocols.

Efficient Time Management: Prioritize tasks to manage your schedule effectively and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Detailed Reporting: Accurately complete work reports, handover certificates, and other necessary documentation.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.

Skills: Ability to lift, climb ladders, and handle physical tasks with ease.

Customer Focus: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.

Qualifications (Preferred): 18th Edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA certifications are a plus.

Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
