Lead Security and CCTV Engineer required to join our client's team. As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier security solutions to clients. You will be responsible for conducting detailed site surveys, overseeing the installation and maintenance of security systems including alarms, access control, CCTV, and gates, and managing technical aspects of security projects. You will collaborate directly with the Director to assist in quoting, building client relationships, and supporting engineers in the execution of tasks. This role will be office and site based. Package: 40,000 - 50,000 Company vehicle, laptop, phone, uniform provided. Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime: Available. Call-out: 1 in 5, mainly phone support. Key Responsibilities: Conducting in-depth technical site surveys for security system installations, ensuring all systems meet client specifications and requirements. Overseeing the installation and servicing of security solutions, including alarms, CCTV systems, access control systems, and automated gates. Working closely with the Director to complete project quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing service requirements. Providing technical guidance and assistance to engineers, overseeing their work, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Assisting in the ongoing development of technical procedures and best practices within the team. Managing and coordinating project timelines to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in security system design, installation, and maintenance, with expertise in CCTV, alarms, access control, and gates. Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to mentor engineers. Ability to conduct detailed technical surveys and assessments. Experience working closely with management and clients on project proposals and quotations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship management.
