Security & Group Rating Service Engineer
to join our highly skilled and dynamic Sales & Aftersales team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices (Leamington Spa or Bicester), where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become part of a scale-up, where your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our forward-thinking company. With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, FORSEVEN offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons. Requirements What you will do Working to drive improvements alongside Engineering, Manufacturing, Parts and many more departments, you will be responsible for reviewing the vehicle programs both virtually and physically. Defining the scope of work and what key studies we review and feedback on. Working with our chosen external supplier to review security studies and manage the feedback of those studies to all relevant departments within Forseven. Work towards a target insurance group and New Vehicle Security Assessment (NVSA) rating. Create strong working relationships with all key departments to help us achieve our targets. Create, modify and cascade security and insurance related requirements with the relevant departments. Build and present business cases to the company as high as chief engineer level. Who you are Extensive experience in automotive aftersales with a Global OEM/Automotive industry. Experience with Electric Vehicle development. Project management experience – Being able to manage multiple projects and meet key feedback gateways using various tools and reporting formats. Customer centric focus – Always promoting the voice of the customer in everything you do. Dedication to ensuring positive customer and technician experience. Analytical Mindset – Capability to analyze data, identify patterns and develop solutions to improve the product and performance. Experience in using CAD software to conduct reviews/studies. Experience in vehicle security and insurance group rating calculations.
