The College is seeking to appoint a highly capable
Security Manager
to become a key member of the College community. Reporting to the Director of Estate, this is a newly created role and will be responsible for developing and implementing our site security strategy and operations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement site security strategy and operations. Manage security team and oversee daily security operations. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and security audits. Provide training and support to staff on security protocols. Qualifications
The successful candidate will have: A recognised qualification in security management or related field. Significant proven experience in security management. A strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office. Benefits
