Role Overview Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensuring safe access to buildings at all times. Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc. as requested. Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to. Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation. Access / Egress control. Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system. Key Holding responsibilities. Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks. Adhering to policies and procedures at all times. General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site. Providing a high standard of customer service. Being polite, helpful, and diligent, with a 'can do' ethos. Having a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
