Surely (surelysecurity.com) is a new online marketplace connecting clients directly with SIA-licensed security operatives, eliminating the need for layers of middlemen.
Clients can search our database to find operatives based on location, type of SIA licence, additional qualifications, languages spoken, and more. They can also filter by our six SurelyPro badges and Inclusivity Pledge status.
Clients can view your profile, photos, bio, and reviews from other clients. They can chat with you on the platform to discuss details such as pay rates and hours before making a final decision. Additionally, clients can post jobs for you to apply for, particularly when seeking individuals with specific skills.

Job Description
As a security professional at Surely, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate and scheduled security support to our clients. You will respond to emergency notifications and offer a visible security presence to prevent potential threats. This role is ideal for freelance security professionals who are skilled in conflict de-escalation, customer service, and possess excellent observational and decision-making skills.
Requirements:
Valid SIA licence (Door Supervisor/Security Guarding/Close Protection, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
