GMP Recruitment are working with an internationally renowned client in Tewkesbury, who are seeking a Security Manager to oversee local security operations and ensure a safe environment for their premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security policies and coordinating security measures to safeguard assets.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, rotating shift.
06.00am - 14.00pm or 14.00pm - 22.00pm
Pay:
£15.60 per hour
Duties:
Physical security - Accountable for all regulatory scheme requirements and customer including all Physical Security elements within the High Secure Area.
Responsible for all new starter induction training.
Supporting HSE requirements with our legal obligation to Fire Testing protocol.
Support the SEC with investigations/queries as necessary or any other security related topic.
Audits and KPI Management - Responsible for all aspects of internal and external security audits.
Drive remediation action plans.
Ensure all audit activity is completed within the required time frame.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail.
Methodical and well organised.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation, customers, and suppliers.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Understanding of compliance issues and how compliance works.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools.
Passion for compliance, security, and business integrity.
