Ward Security is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead and inspire the team of 5 officers based at our client’s premier office and lab premises in West London.

Position:
Security Supervisor Pay rate:
£13.50 per hour Shift Pattern:
Sat, Sun days 0700-1900 and Mon, Tue 1900-0700 -48hrs per week Location:
Arc West London, Hammersmith, London, W6 9RH Role Requirements:

Conduct regular security checks and inspections, identifying and reporting any potential risks or hazards. Investigate and respond to security incidents, taking appropriate action to resolve them. Monitor and control access to the company's facilities, ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted entry. Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, always ensuring compliance. Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients, addressing their security concerns and needs. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and activities, as required.
