JOB TITLE: Security Officer
LOCATION: Livingston Designer Outlet
SHIFT PATTERN: Day Shift 5 over 7
HOURS: 48 HOURS PER WEEK
PAY RATE: £12.18 PER HOUR
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a permanent contract. SIA licence required. Livingston Designer Outlet is an in-door Shopping centre housing over 90 retail units, Pubs, Restaurants and the Vue cinema. We are looking to appoint a proactive Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly duties in line with the SIA license training courses to ensure the centre is safe and compliant in all aspects of health & safety.
Confident in complying with health & safety and fire prevention procedures.
Take an active role in emergency situations including Fire Warden tasks.
Oversee external contractor management to ensure they are working safely.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Excellent time management.
Smart, well-groomed, and confident.
High level of customer care awareness.
Essential:
SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence.
Desirable:
SIA CCTV licence.
