Security Officer in Malton
Vistech Services are looking to recruit a Security Officer in Malton to be based in assisted accommodation, housing for vulnerable tenants. This is a challenging but rewarding role for the right person who has the experience and knowledge gained through living. Excellent pay rate above National Minimum Wage: £12.02 per hour. Responsibilities:
Monitoring access to site, preventing access to those who are not allowed entry. Register visitors on arrival and leaving the building. Monitoring CCTV. Liaise with young people. Handover after every shift. Incident reporting and escalating to emergency services if required. What you need:
Essentials: SIA Licence. Experience in security or similar sector. Approachable and friendly with experience and knowledge gained through living. Ability to deal with a diverse range of people. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to deal with incidents that may be of a sensitive nature. Good written and verbal communications. Employment information:
Working on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern which will include most weekends and night shifts. Shifts are 21:00 - 09:00. Contracted to an average of 42 hours per week. Hourly rate of £12.02.
