working 12 hour shifts which typically run
Days 06:00-18:00 or Nights 18:00-06:00 on a 4on 4off rota. We’re always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. As a Security Officer, you will be accountable for deterring, detecting, and investigating loss within designated Hub locations. You will work closely with the Loss Prevention Team to support the reduction of losses, including client freight, through internal theft. You will be accountable for: Working with the Hub Team to manage site access controls including visitors and contractors. Supporting different processes to safeguard parcel performance such as high-value goods. Patrolling and providing feedback on potential risks. Conducting security checks on outbound gatehouse. Working to the assignment instructions ensuring that all activity is accurately recorded on the correct documents, in line with company procedures. Complying with and reporting on all Health and Safety issues in accordance with company guidelines. Collaborating with the Hub Loss Prevention team to reduce damage and mismanagement of parcels.
