Our Security Officers at Estelle Manor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our members, their guests, our colleagues, and associated property throughout the 24-hour operation. You will be able to assess, review and take appropriate action when working with a variety of disciplines. You will be responsible for compliance, minimising risk, and establishing a security presence throughout the estate and above all, be confident with communicating with our members and guests. Who we are looking for? SIA Door license is a requirement for this role. Previous security experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be preferred. Proven knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations, ideally with an IOSHH qualification. Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking. An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail. This position offers a base rate of £30,000 per annum, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme.
