Key Purpose of the Job: Servicing and maintenance of intruder, CCTV, and access control systems in accordance with the current standards. Key Job Responsibilities: Servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV, and access control systems. Working towards and exceeding maintenance and fault-finding targets. Demonstrating systems for customers and explaining details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms. Being part of an On Call Rota for out-of-hours callouts and telephone support. Understanding the clients' needs and fulfilling all jobs required. Any other reasonable requests from management. Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of themselves and their team in accordance with the Kings Policy. Implementing and acting in accordance with all company policies including but not limited to information security policies, environmental, quality, and health and safety. Protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference. Essential requirements: 3+ years background and experience of undertaking service and repair work within the security industry. Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of various intruder panels, e.g., Galaxy, Castle, Aritech, Scantronic. Network/IP-based product experience. Applicants must have a clean full UK driving licence. Checkable work history and suitable references. Good communication and customer service skills. Why work for us?
