We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Servicing and maintaining a range of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercom systems. Diagnosing and repairing system faults to ensure optimal performance. Performing routine inspections and providing recommendations for upgrades or improvements. Providing technical support and advice to clients and team members. Keeping accurate records of service visits and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, etc.). Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards (e.g., NSI, SSAIB). Proficiency in fault-finding and problem-solving. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driving license. Desirable Skills: Certifications in security systems (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, or manufacturer training).
