Contract Opportunity: Security Solutions Architect Location: Hybrid (Bristol) Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Security Solutions Architect to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals eager to work in a flexible environment that balances office presence with remote work. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain security solutions architecture, highlighting benefits and costs for technology solutions that advance security architecture. Collaborate with Technology Services teams, including architecture teams, to deliver security solutions, fostering a collaborative approach across global teams. Initiate significant changes, identify opportunities for security improvements, and manage continuous improvement initiatives and new approaches. Report key architecture recommendations, implications, themes, and trends to the Chief Security Architect. Stay ahead of emerging security and technology developments to align with business and technology strategies. Assist in defining and maintaining the Security Enterprise Architecture. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all Technology Services areas and external stakeholders to enhance the service provided by Global Information Security. What You Bring to the Role: Strong communication skills to articulate complex security risks to a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. A self-starter mentality with the ability to set and achieve challenging personal targets. Excellent time, resource, and project management skills to manage multiple engagements with conflicting priorities successfully.
