Security Systems Engineer - job post Duties and Responsibilities of a Security Systems Engineer. Install, repair, and maintain a variety of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. Conduct site assessments to determine security system requirements and provide recommendations. Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and deliver tailored solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations during installations and maintenance. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of security systems. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and service calls. Travel to various sites as required, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Security Systems Engineer or in a similar role. Good knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing security systems and related equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A full Valid UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to various sites. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations in the security industry.
