We are now seeking an accomplished Access Control Engineer to join a small team tasked with the installation and occasional servicing of access control and auto door systems. This role would be suitable for applicants with prior experience in the installation of access control, automatic doors, CCTV, security, or fire systems. Our systems are a combination of battery operated and low voltage in nature. You will be the customer face of the business, travelling to customer sites to install and commission company products. We work in a range of environments from schools and care homes to high-end hotels and commercial buildings. Although a lot of our work is based in and around West Yorkshire, we do serve customers nationally requiring national travel and some overnight stays. On average you would be required to do 4 or 5 overnight stays per month, however, more may occasionally be required. Job Role Requirements: Prior experience in the installation of access control, CCTV, fire systems, or similar. Electrical qualifications would be an advantage. CSCS card. ADSA accreditation would be an advantage; however, training can be provided. Full UK driving licence. You must meet requirements to pass enhanced DBS checking.
