As our SEO, SEM and Social Media Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our bustling digital marketing team. You’ll take charge of every stage of the client journey, from pitching innovative ideas and crafting strategic plans to managing budgets and delivering impactful campaigns. Additionally, you’ll lead the social media efforts, creating and managing content that drives engagement and builds brand loyalty across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do:

Optimise and elevate search rankings for multiple clients across various industries. Drive successful advertising campaigns across a range of platforms. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with clients’ goals. Create social media posts, blogs and multimedia content that support broader digital marketing campaigns. Utilise tools like Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and social media analytics to gain meaningful insights. Confidently present results, strategies and training sessions both internally and at client meetings. Collaborate with our creative and account management teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions. Compile monthly social media calendars, SEO/SEM performance reports and ROI analyses that showcase the impact of your work. Assist in preparing and presenting innovative digital marketing strategies for potential new clients. What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have: A strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media marketing. A “can-do” attitude with a passion for pushing boundaries and delivering standout results. Experience with social media platforms and tools, with a proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and engagingly to clients and team members alike. A track record of successfully managing multiple digital marketing projects and campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment. Proficiency with industry tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Tag Manager, social media management platforms A keen understanding of the latest Google algorithms and best practices. Highly organised and self-motivated, capable of completing projects from start to finish within set deadlines and budgets. Why Join Us?
