Candidate must be bilingual.
The role is predominantly accounts-based; therefore, the candidate must possess strong accounting skills.
There will be some bookkeeping work as we prepare management accounts for a small number of clients.
There will be VAT returns to prepare from client's records.
Mainly, the role will involve preparing non-audit accounts for SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
The candidate will be exposed to assisting in some audits and should be willing to do some audit work; however, experience is not essential as training will be provided.
There will also be associated tax work, and assistance and training will be provided if necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a good small/medium-sized practice and want to further their career with a progressive practice that will support their studies.
Good working knowledge of software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks is essential for this role.
