"I’ve definitely got all of that! I’ve built great friendships, I’m off on holiday with two team members next month, and I’ve even led my first audit!" Benedict came from a small regional practice and was looking for variety and progression.
"You get exposure to so many different types of audits—from charities to PFI audits—and you’re not just stuck doing the same testing over and over again. You’re also not just a resource number; you actually get to know everyone, and the social side is great!" Rachel & Lucy started with us as AAT trainees and have since transitioned onto the ACA training contract. " One of the best things about Goodman Jones is that everyone knows everyone. The new office has made it even easier to connect with other teams and departments." Rachel also highlighted the strong support system from our Audit Managers:
"There’s a great team of Audit Managers—you get really well briefed before an audit, and the support while you’re working is excellent. You do need to be good at managing your time and staying organised, but you’re never left on your own to work things
out." This is what working at Goodman Jones is all about—a supportive team, real variety, and a culture where you’re valued and encouraged to progress. What Does the Role Look Like?
