Everyone has to start somewhere, so they do not expect you to have extensive experience at the beginning. However, if you are already a chartered accountant and ready to advance in your career, they would be delighted to hear from you.
The Role: They are looking to recruit two new members of the team, ideally with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy practice environment.
There is an excellent opportunity for an experienced unqualified or qualified accountant. They will provide training if you wish to progress. You should have at least 2 to 5+ years of experience.
There will be a mix of working from home and in the office. They will consider full-time or part-time applicants and are flexible on hours.
Your duties would involve:
Preparing statutory accounts on IRIS software and using Excel. Preparing VAT and tax returns. Direct contact with clients on routine queries such as help with Sage and Xero. Managing your workload and meeting deadlines.
