About the Role: As a Semi Skilled Sheet Metal Worker, you will assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal components, with an emphasis on MIG welding. This role is ideal for individuals who have some experience with welding and sheet metal work and are eager to further develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal using hand tools, machinery, and equipment. MIG welding and assisting with other welding tasks in the fabrication process. Assembling and installing sheet metal components. Ensuring products meet safety, quality, and specification standards. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Following technical drawings and working efficiently as part of a team. What We're Looking For: Basic to intermediate experience in sheet metal work. MIG welding experience or a willingness to learn. Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication. Ability to follow technical drawings (advantageous but not essential). A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
