A Bachelors or Masters Degree in an Electronics related discipline. Proven experience working within the Semiconductor industry. Competence in Digital Design Verification using UVM or similar. Experience with SystemVerilog Assertions and Formal Verification. Good knowledge of simulation tools (Cadence ideal). A track record in verifying complex designs in high volume ASIC applications. Scripting skills. The Semiconductor Verification Engineer role will encompass:

Working closely with Design Engineers in verification and validation of circuit designs; developing design verification methodologies and implementing standard debug flows as well as preparing design verification plans based on design specifications - utilizing the latest techniques, tools and technologies for all verification activities.
