Providing 1:1 support to a child with ASD, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom. Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored strategies and interventions. Encouraging social interaction and promoting a positive learning experience. Previous experience in a similar role or supporting children with SEN is highly desirable. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
