Full-time (part-time may be available depending on role) As someone with SEND experience, you will work closely with children who have specific learning and/or physical difficulties or additional needs, providing them with the tailored support they require to flourish in their educational journey. You will work in an environment where staff are dedicated to supporting both the social and academic development of all children. You will also have access to on-the-job training and resources to continually grow your skills. Requirements: Experience supporting children with SEND (professionally or personally) Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and their families A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude toward supporting children with additional needs A collaborative approach to working alongside teachers, parents, and other professionals Be available ASAP on a full-time basis Why Choose GSL Education?
