Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 Location: Hillingdon Job Type: Full-time, Permanent or Temp to Perm Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a dynamic team in Hillingdon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in special educational needs, looking for an immediate start. The position offers flexibility with a direct permanent contract or a temp-to-perm arrangement. Day-to-day responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs. Assess and record students’ progress, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs and abilities. Collaborate with other teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students. Implement and adapt curriculum materials and educational practices to meet the requirements of students with SEN. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in an educational setting, specifically with SEN. Strong experience in planning, delivering, and teaching lessons. Excellent understanding of the needs and challenges faced by students with special educational needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (no ECTs). Benefits:
